1.Where is EASY RIDERS located?
EASY RIDERS bicycles is a global company which located in USA, MA, in Nantucket, with main factory in China&Europe. For the each market we have warehouses in USA/EUROPE.
2.What is the weight limit of the bikes?
AWD bike: 400 pounds; Step-thru bikes: 320pounds; MTB bikes: 340pounds; CARGO bikes: 400pounds
3.Can I visit your local store or showroom to see the bikes?
Yes, you can by appointment only. Please make a reservation with our sales manager first by calling or emailing us here. Office@erbikes.com
4.What is the return policy?
Yes, returns are possible if the E-Bike came totally damaged. Ex: Wheel extremely bent, broken fork or any other sides on the frame.
5.Is there a warranty?
All the E-bikes come with 1 year warranty for all the electronic devices if they didn’t get water or human damage.
6.Can I get a discount?
Yes, for more than 10 E-bikes ordered a 10% discount is provided for the entire order.
